Carolyn Hall, Owner of T&T Coverage Connection LLC has been involved in the health insurance industry since 2001. Prior to that she spent 17 years in the customer service field, mainly in the banking and employment staffing industries, where she was accredited in Employment Law. Her background in those areas along with her compassion for helping people solve problems is what drives her to excel in her field.
Carolyn currently sits on the board for The Meadville-Western Crawford County Chamber of Commerce, Chairperson for the Crawford County K-12 Career Education Alliance, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Meadville Eagles Networking group. In the past she has also been involved in many sports related organizations at Cambridge Springs High School. In her spare time Carolyn likes to spend time with her husband Kevin and their family as well as socializing with friends that are near and dear to her.

Rachel Macken of Townville joined the T&T Coverage Connection LLC family in August 2021. Her responsibilities include customer service, COBRA compliance and marketing. Rachel has always had a passion for customer service. Since high school, Rachel had various jobs in the customer service and healthcare industry and worked at the Crawford County Care Center as a Certified Nurse Aide for two years before coming to T&T Coverage Connection LLC.
Rachel’s love for learning new skills and eagerness to help others lead her to join Carolyn in the insurance field. In her spare time, she enjoys lifting weights, reading, spending time with her husband John and running with her Doberman puppy, Benny.
